IMPORTANT! While we can provide you with a return label, we DO NOT cover return shipping on items unless sent in error or defective and will deduct the cost of the return label from items that are simply unwanted.

1. Unwanted items (satisfaction returns): We allow returns of items that you simply do not want within 30 days of receipt of item. We DO NOT pay for return shipping of items you do not want, you can use your own shipping method or use ours at a lower rate, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
2. Defective returns: We pay full return shipping on any defective items and will refund or ship a non defective item to you as soon as we take receipt of the defective item, or tell you to not return it based on a photo of the defect you've sent us. If the item was defective upon receipt of the item, let us know as soon as you have received it. Items that become defective after 30 days fall under the individual warranty terms of the items and will be covered under our warranty terms.
IMPORTANT: In following with local health guidelines, we are NOT able to take back brushes, hair wraps, combs or any item that has touched human heads.
All UNOPENED return requests of those types of items must be requested WITHIN 72 HOURS of receipt of items, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS AFTER.
HairArt Products reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee on non defective returns.
